When Placing an Order:

All MB mouse ears, bowbands, and bows merchandise are sold as PREORDERS unless specified as RTS (READY TO SHIP).

Each pair of preorder ears are made to order with a time frame of around 2-3 weeks due to the amount of order we receive or longer.
* Due to current supply shortages, we had to extend our turnaround time. Please note customs will take longer than 3 weeks depending on design, as well as larger orders.

 

Please be aware before ordering, that it can take up to 2 months to receive your order depending on the size of your order, whether there are customs ordered, and shipping method selected.

Care Instructions:

Our ears are entirely handmade and therefore, should be handled with care. We do not recommend wearing ears on rides. We also recommend packing ears in your carry-on bag, since they are fragile. They are also not waterproof, so we do not recommend wearing them on water rides, or in any rain, drizzle or downpour, or in any other extreme weather conditions. Direct heat will damage your ears. Washing and drying your ears will ruin them. Please do not leave your ears in a hot car, garage, or anywhere without A/C, we use hot glue on the ears and heat will cause the glue to melt and your ears to fall apart. If a bead or anything else comes loose over time, apply small amounts of hot glue and hold until cool and dry. If properly taken care of, our ears should last for a long time. Thank you!

 

Details:

Design details are subject to change without notifying customers. This can include: color of fabric on headband, type of trim, beads, or ribbon. Changing of these types of details will always be small and never stray from original design!
Orders shipped, will NO LONGER be trimmed with beads! We are moving away from the use of beads and making our ears slightly larger and more round. All ears will now have a trim to match the base where attached to the headband :)
