Refund policy

All sales are FINAL. We do not do refunds or exchanges especially once the ears leave our possession due to health and safety concerns.

Our products are handmade and made to order and therefore will be slightly different from the display. All products must be handled with care. Please note our ear care instructions for how to properly take care of your items. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery and we can work with you to fix the issue.
