Shipping policy

US shipping:

• Shipping costs depends on amount of ears purchased by weight. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

International shipping:

• Shipping costs depends on amount of ears purchased by weight. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
• Shipping time will depend on where the ears are shipped to worldwide.
• *We are not responsible for additional customs fees.

Each pair of preorder ears are made to order with a time frame of around 2-3 weeks due to the amount of orders we receive or longer.
* Please note customs and large orders may take longer than 2 months depending on design.

RTS (ready to ship) Sale orders will ship within 1-3 business days.

 

Delivery:

We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We package our ears to ensure a safe transit. Once packages are dropped at USPS, they are out of our hands and we are no longer responsible. If you have any issues with delivery, contact your local USPS for more information.
